          Coach Preston Rawlings

          Preston Rawlings brings over 20 years of developing, training and conditioning top level athletes in all realms of sports. In addition to his own athletic career fighting in 96 Jiujitsu matches, 93 1 & 2 record, 3 & 0 MMA record and playing individual and team sports, he is established as one of the leading Athletic Conditioners as well as Jiujitsu masters in Southern California.
          Coach Preston is also the Founder of PAR Performance, a leading athletic training center. As a top Athletic Conditioner he is certified in Aerobic Exercise, Conditioning All-Sport, Brazilian Jiujitsu (GI and No GI), Junior – Brazilian Jiujitsu, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Defensive Tactics, and Grappling.
          His focus is on the development and training of athletes both physical and mental. Serving as a conditioning trainer and mentor for many athletes in Southern California he specializes in developing the athlete from the inside out, meaning reaching the personality and allowing all the elements of Athletic expression. His expertise is expansive from training Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, Track, MMA, Football, Law Enforcement, Military and general fitness.

          Coach John Walker

          John Walker is a former NFL Texans and USC CB. In addition to his career as a top athlete, he brings with him over a decade of personal training experience and has established himself as one of the top athletic and personal trainers in Southern California. In addition, he is a partner in PAR Performance, a leading athletic training center. He is also a co-founder of Sweat Shop, a premier fitness center. A nationally certified personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) he is also a member of Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) a well respected organization within the fitness industry and is CPR/AED certified.
          His advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and bio mechanics has benefited hundreds of clients throughout his career as a collegiate athlete well into his career in the NFL. Well versed in a variety of disciplines, A Muy Thai Kick Boxer, Brazilian Jiujitsu practitioner, and former professional football player Coach John knows what it takes to become a top level competitor with peak performance fitness. Coach John’s specialties lie within athletic performance enhancement techniques, weight loss management, lean mass gains, kick boxing, self-defense, and postural distortion and corrective exercise realms along with a host of other activity oriented spheres. Coach John has also worked with many individuals that have special needs such as scoliosis and pre/postnatal clients.
