CRUX / Adult Circuit TrainingThe CRUX System is a method of training in which the individual uses all the muscle groups of the body, with particular attention being placed on the CORE muscles.
CRUX Fitness Training System differs from many traditional weight training programs by working both the lower back the abdominals in unison. CRUX takes conditioning exercises from running, soccer, football, gymnastics, martial arts, physical labor and everyday functional movements. All of the movements done are combined in an up/down sequence meaning that you switch from on the floor exercises to a standing or squatting position. This method of training challenges the body and mind throughout the session. |

ONLINE "ZOOM" Training for groups or one-on-one sessions
PARPerformance is offering sessions via ZOOM. (ZOOM PREPS is no longer offered on a regular schedule)
Each session is live with Coach Preston or his daughter, Coach (Amanda) Rawlings and runs for about an hour.
The session is designed to work on the needs of the athlete(s).
Both coaches will incorporate some footwork, body weight strength drills and core work.
NO equipment necessary.
Here is how to get started:
Step 1: Download Zoom Meetings App on your Android, Apple, PC or Laptop
Step 2: Download and sign up for Venmo payment app.
Step 3: A minimum of 20 minutes prior to desired session pay for the training session on Venmo to Preston Rawlings @PARPerformance.
In the notes please include: date & time of session and cell phone number so we can send meeting code.
Step 4: Prepare a space that you can move freely in without obstacles or distractions.
Step 5: Click on link sent to you to launch the Zoom meeting training 5 minutes before start time. Make sure your camera is on so we can see you and offer corrections when needed.
(A good internet connection is needed)
