Youth Athletic Training
Youth Athletic Training for athletes 17 and under is an all sport training system designed to assist the athlete in the following areas: Dynamic running development Applicable strength training Centering and balance drills Attitude, behavior and concentration Practical leadership skills Nutrition The youth athletic training offered at PAR Performance is an opportunity for young developing athletes to be introduced to a training regime necessary to pursue performance at the next level and beyond. With consistent attendance, athletes will begin to see the necessary work needed to build sport specific performance at its best. Athletes are challenged physically and mentally and are given occasions during the sessions to be leaders amongst their peers.

Adult Functional Training
The Adult Functional Training is a method of training in which the individual uses all the muscle groups of the body, with particular attention being placed on the CORE muscles. This system differs from many traditional weight training programs by working both lower back the abdominals in unison. This workout consists of conditioning exercises from running, soccer, football, gymnastics, martial arts, physical labor and everyday functional movements. All of the movements done are combined in an up/down sequence meaning that you switch from on the floor exercises to a standing or squatting position. This method of training challenges the body and mind throughout the session.

Open Gym
Youth and adult independent training with coach's supervision. Athletes under the age of 10 require coach's approval.
Tuesday and Thursday - 7:30AM & *6 - 8PM
